Priority Seating Policy

Rainforest Cafe operates a Priority Seating system rather then reservations. This system guarantees you the next available table at a particular time allocation and is not a booking as such, although we will seat your party within 5-10 minutes of this time. Your party must arrive complete and on time in order for us to do this, and your table will only be held for a maximum of 15 minutes if you are running late. After this time, if your party is still incomplete or running late, you will unfortunately have to be reallocated the time of the next available table for the size of your party along with all other restaurant guests. Priority seating requests can be made throughout the week, although please note that on Saturdays we have a small allocation available online only and some limited spaces available for children's birthday parties comprising 6 or more children bookable by calling the our Sales & Marketing team on 020 7434 3111. |

| Opening Times Monday to Friday Midday to 10:00pm Saturday 11:30am to 8:00pm Sunday 11:30am to 10:00pm Sessions crossed out are full. You can always consider a different day or Lunch session. Another option is to come to the restaurant as a Walk In Guest and obtain a wait time for the next available table. |
