Mobility Access Information
Half Term Holidays, just walk in!!
You don't need a reservation to eat at Rainforest Cafe as we only reserve 10% of the restaurant. This allows us to seat walk-in guests as quickly as possible and if there is a wait time, we will advise you. You are free to visit our Retail Village, the bar or pop back 10 minutes before your allocated time. So don't worry about a session being crossed out, arrive and we will seat you at the next available table!
Priority Seatings
We operate a Priority Seating system rather then reservations. This system guarantees you the next available table at a particular time, but is not a booking, although we will seat your party within 5-10 minutes of this time.
Your party must arrive complete and on time in order to be seated, your table will only be held for a maximum of 15 minutes.
After this time, if your party is still incomplete or running late, you will then be reallocated a time for the next available table for your group size, along with the other restaurant guests.

During shool holidays, Rainforest Cafe is open from 11.30am everyday (closed Christmas Day)
Monday to Friday
12 Noon to 10:00pm
Saturdays
11:30am to 10:00pm
Sundays
11:30am to 10:00pm
Sessions crossed out are full for Priority Seating only, so just walk in, we're still open and we guarantee to seat you at the next available table!
Priority seating requests can be made throughout the week, although please note on Saturdays we have a small allocation available online and some limited spaces available for children's birthday parties comprising 6 or more children. These only are bookable by calling the Sales team on 020 7434 3111. |
